In particular, be very careful about treadmill running.At this time of the year, many runners are training on treadmills to avoid the cold weather, but I received an e-mail recently from a member who is getting back to running with a tragic reminder.  She told me of a runner who died while running on a treadmill.  I believe that, because we feel we can always get off the treadmill, we are inclined to push harder than if we were running outside.So above all - listen to your body and be careful to not to overstress it.Enjoy your running:
